The Postnatal Pack is a two-product bundle for new mom's. It includes two products formulated to support women immediately following their birth:
- The Iris Blend Herbal Tea which aids milk production.
- The Turquoise Blend Herbal Wash, Bath or Steam to help with perineum healing.

Teas are all loose leaf and come in 4, 8 and 16 ounces. One cup requires 1 to 1 1/2 heaping teaspoons. We recommend drinking one cup per day at the start of your day.
Herbal Bath / Wash / Steam
One use is 4 ounces. Our blends are made to order.
Directions:
- Use 7 days in a row after postpartum bleeding or lochia stops
- Can be used in a bath, as a wash or as a yoni steam

Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 days of your purchase. If there is a delay with your order, you will be notified via email. Your product will be shipped via USPS first class mail. The price will be calculated automatically at check out. According to the United States Post Office, if you are in the US, your product should arrive within 3 - 5 business days after your order is left with the Postal Service, depending on shipping location.
If you are picking up your order, you will receive two emails, the first letting you know your order is ready for pick up, the second to arrange a time.

- Do not use if you have blisters or sores in or around your vagina
- Do not steam if you have vaginal piercings
- Do not use during IVF or IUI transfer

PRODUCT EXPIRATION
With limited air exposure, herbal Blends can be stored in their original metal tin up to 1.5 years. If tea is exposed to heat or water, consume within one week. If exposed to mold, discard immediately.
