Blended with vitex, taraxacum, zingiber, prunus persica and mentha.

Teas are all loose leaf and come in 4, 8 and 16 ounces. One cup requires 1 to 1 1/2 heaping teaspoons. We recommend drinking one cup per day at the start of your day.
